Coaching is a space for reflection and action. Together, we explore where you are now and where you want to go — so you can create authentic and sustainable change.
Each session is a guided conversation focused on your goals, challenges, and aspirations. Through questions, reflection, and practical tools, you learn more about yourself, gain clarity, strengthen your self-confidence, and begin making conscious decisions aligned with your values and priorities.
Between sessions, you put your learnings into practice — that is where real transformation happens. Step by step, you move from awareness to action, and from intention to visible results.
Coaching can support you when you want to:

How it works
Before starting the process, we will meet for a short introductory session (around 20 minutes).
This is a space to talk about your expectations, explain how coaching works, and see if we are a good fit to work together.
During this meeting, we will also review all practical details, including pricing and scheduling. No surprises and no pressure.
The session is free of charge and without obligation — simply a moment to connect and decide whether this process feels right for you.
The Coaching Process
The coaching process usually includes 6 to 10 sessions, depending on your goals and pace, held approximately every two weeks.
This means the full process lasts between 3 to 6 months.
Each session lasts around 60 minutes and takes place online.
Each session will focus on one of your goals. You will explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, work on limiting beliefs, and identify what you need in order to reach that goal.
At the end of the session, you will define clear, achievable actions to apply in your daily life — steps that arise directly from your reflections and move you closer to your goal.
These are not random tasks, but meaningful experiments designed to help you move forward.
Between sessions, you will put them into practice, observe the results, and bring your reflections to the next session. This cycle of awareness + action is what makes coaching so effective.
This is also where progress becomes visible: when awareness turns into practice, and practice creates new results and the change you have been looking for.
