Lucy Lewandowska
Ayurvedic Practitioner
Holistic Life Coach
I help people balance their minds, bodies, and spirits, because I know that it is the only way to truly get to know ourselves deeply and align our lives with our real needs and values.
I believe that healing and transformation happen through small, conscious steps, guided by clarity, compassion, and practical action. My approach integrates coaching and Ayurveda because the mind and the body always speak to each other — real change needs both.
PERSONAL JOURNEY
I spent ten years of my life struggling with health issues. For many of those years, I had mobility problems that affected my life on every level. There were many things I was physically not able to do, and that influenced my mental health. When I finally started getting better physically, I was lost. I couldn’t go back to my „old self” because I had changed too much, but I also couldn’t figure out who the „new me” was supposed to be.
During this whole process, Ayurveda supported my health: it helped take care of my muscle structure, balance my hormones, and, by improving my digestion, improved the absorption of vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients. Coaching, on the other hand, helped me figure out what I wanted to do with my life when many doors had opened again as I regained my strength.
None of it happened overnight. It took time, space, effort, and commitment. I will always be grateful to the people who supported me during my process, and now I want to be there for you whenever you decide to start your healing journey.
PROFESSIONAL JOURNEY
Before all of this happened, I studied psychology, then worked as a sociotherapist with children and their parents. But during my own healing process, I discovered the efficiency and effectiveness of coaching. It was full of deep reflections and concrete actions that enabled me to make real progress. So I decided to become a coach and use this method to help other people. With my background, it was an easy decision and felt like a natural step forward.
Choosing to study Ayurveda was a different story. It was intimidating. Ayurveda is a complete medical system: complex and rooted in a long tradition. I knew that it worked, and I really wanted to understand why the small changes I had made in my lifestyle made such a difference. But I was worried I wouldn’t be able to understand everything or manage studying alongside a full-time job. In the end, my curiosity won over the fear of failure, and today I am a proud Ayurvedic practitioner.
Your process will not look like mine because you have your own story and your own challenges.
But whatever your path looks like, I will be by your side, helping you reach your goals and build a balanced life aligned with your values.
MY PHILOSOPHY
I believe that balance is not a final destination. It’s a relationship with yourself.
For me, balance feels like inner peace: knowing that what I do matches my values, staying honest with myself, and choosing actions that support the life I want to live.
I combine sensitivity with insight because I understand how emotions, thoughts, and behaviors intertwine and influence each other. I want to give space and attention to all the dimensions of you.
I know that physical and mental health are inseparable. Ayurveda [link] taught me how deeply the body, mind, and spirit are connected. Coaching [link] taught me that clarity is powerful, but clarity alone is not enough — you need action.
I combine both because I’ve seen, in myself and in my clients, that:
When the mind is overwhelmed, the body shows symptoms
When the body is exhausted, the mind loses direction
When the spirit is ignored, everything feels disconnected.
True well-being needs all three.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM ME
In every process, I see myself as a companion, walking by your side.
My role is to guide, clarify, challenge, and empower.
Your role is to show up honestly and stay committed to yourself.
I will accompany you on your journey with understanding, compassion, and courage.
I will help you face your challenges and find your own solutions.
I will believe in you even when you don’t.
I won’t rush you, but I won’t let you hide from your truth either.
I will never judge you, but I will ask you the hard questions – the ones you know you need to answer, even if you don’t want to.
