For over 20 years I have been accompanying people
in their personal development, and growing along with them.
In search for tools to use in my work, I have studied:
psychology, psychopedagogy, sociotherapy,
but what I love the most is coaching.
I find it very satisfying to see how fast my clients
turn their lives around, after just a few conversations,
and some powerful coaching questions.
Both mental and physical health are very important to me,
so I work holistically, taking care of the mind, body, and spirit,
because if one of them is not well,
you can’t feel whole and fulfilled.
Personally, I am an avid reader, amateur photographer,
and nature lover.
